The machine is consist of framework supporting components, shaking table parts, vibration motor and supporting feet components, switch timing control circuit etc. This machine is mainly composed of vibration motor driving vibration table to produce high-frequency vibrations, thus vibrate sieves on the shaking table for specimen screening.

The high frequency Sieve Shaker is mainly used for grading analysis of Non-cohensive grain soil materials. Referring to characteristics of similar machine overseas, it adopts table model, and the high frequency vibration structure. It has characteristics of small size, light weight, low noise, and low power consumption. The model is suitable for sieve analysis experiment of small particle size less than 20mm but more than 0.075mms. It is indispensable special apparatus used in particle size gradation of some labs like soil, highway, food, light industrial and chemical industries.
