The durability test of concrete has always been a key concern for material designers and architectural designers, as it directly relates to the safety of people’s lives and production.
As the main measure for evaluating durability, the research on the testing method for impermeability performance has become particularly important.
In addition to being cumbersome and inefficient, the main pain point of concrete impermeability tests is the huge amount of tests. Sure.
In response to the demands of our customers, we have independently developed a fully automatic self-sealing anti-seepage instrument. We have launched a new model with 6 groups and 36 pieces.
The fully automatic anti-seepage system does not require the application of any sealing materials. It automatically seals, automatically applies pressure, automatically maintains pressure, automatically times, automatically detects leakage, automatically records data, automatically removes the mold, and provides real-time monitoring. This makes the testing environment cleaner.
1. High efficiency
It can conduct 36 anti-seepage tests at a time. Each group of tests is independently controlled and does not affect each other.
2. Automatic sealing and automatic demolding
Just place the test piece on the test mold base. No need to apply any sealing material. Click the start button, and the equipment will automatically clamp the test piece, automatically seal it, and automatically conduct the test. After the test is completed, the test piece will automatically be removed from the mold cavity.
3. Ergonomic Design, Saving Space
6 test specimens, 36 pieces, with the maximum height of the specimens being 1.5 meters. The occupied area is , an astonishing 1.5 square meters. The test blocks are placed upright, quiet and environmentally friendly.
4. Intelligent Settings
The entire testing process of this equipment is controlled by a computer. It automatically applies pressure, automatically monitors, automatically judges, automatically records, and has power failure protection. No manual intervention is required, achieving intelligent concrete permeability testing.
It accords with the relative requirement of standards: JG/T249-2009 , GB/T50082-2009 , JTS/T 236-2019 , T0528-1994 ,JTJ270-1998 .
