The HH-S digital temperature-controlled oil bath is a commonly used equipment in laboratories, mainly used for distillation, drying, concentration, and incubation of chemical drugs or biological products. Here are its key parameters and usage instructions.

 

Main technical parameter:

  1. Power supply: 220V 50HZ;
  2. Temperature control range: Room temperature to 300℃ (for some models, it is 299℃);

3. Constant temperature accuracy: ±1℃;

  1. Heating power: 2000W;
  2. Workbench size: 280x280x300mm ;
  3. Circulation pump flow rate: 28 liters/minute .

 

Test:

  1. Refilling: First, add oil to the inner container to two-thirds of its capacity (it should completely submerge the heating element).
  2. Setting the temperature:

Press the “SET” button to enter the setting mode. Use the “▲” and “▼” keys to adjust the target temperature.

  1. Starting the heating:

After the power is turned on, the heating indicator light will be on (the oil temperature has not reached the set value), and the constant temperature indicator light will be on (the oil temperature is stable).

  1. Cycling function (HH-SA type):

Internal circulation: The oil temperature is uniform; External circulation: The constant temperature oil is output through the interface.

 

Notes:

  1. Do not use dry heating. The oil level must cover the heating element.
  2. Before use, check the grounding wire to prevent electric leakage.
  3. Turn off the power supply when not in use. Clean the oil bath pot regularly.
