Application:

The machine is suitable for the compressive strength test the building materials such as the brick, the cement mortar, and the concrete and so on. It is also suitable for the mechanical properties test for other materials. The machine is of hydraulic loading and electronic dynamometry. The machine has functions such as loading pressure in digital display, Max. loading pressure maintenance, power-off data protection and so on. It can automatically process the test data and automatically print out the test report.

Main Structure:

The machine includes the main frame, the hydraulic system, the load cell and the electric system.

  1. Main frame:

The main frame includes the up-beam, the column, the adjustable screw rod, the handwheel, the bearing plate, the oil cylinder and the piston. There’s the movable ball seat between the up-beam and the up bearing plate. After the up bearing plate connects with the top surface of the specimen when operating, it can automatically suit the small lean of the height direction of the specimen to make the two planes connect fully with each other to make the specimen under even loading pressure. You can turn the handwheel and the screw rod to adjust the test space according to the size of the specimen. There’s the position lines on the top of the down bearing plate. So it is easy to put the specimen in the center.

  1. Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system includes the hydraulic pump, the filling valve, the return valve, the oil container, the oil filter and the oil pipe. The hydraulic pump is axial position 5-column super-pressure pump. It is directly driven by the electric motor. There’s the safe valve on the filling valve. It can overflow when overload to carry on the safety function. Operate the handwheel of the filling valve to adjust the input volume of the oil cylinder to reach the required loading speed. Open the turn valve to make all the oil in the oil cylinder and in the oil pipe return into the oil container.

  1. Load cell

The load cell includes the measuring system, the printer and the pressure sensor.

  1. Electric system:

The electric system includes the motor, the start button, the stop button, the AC contactor and the fuse.

 

Installation and Debugging:

The machine should be levelly installed on the prepared strong foundation in size of 1200×650mm. The levelness is 0.2/1000. The foundation can be suitably 20-30mm higher than the ground. There should be enough space not less than 0.8m between the machine and the wall for the test. Grout the three stone bolts twice to make sure that the positions are right. The machine should work under the condition without corrosive medium and the shock proofness environment. The wave range of the voltage should be not more than ±10% of the rated voltage. The machine should have the earth connection protection device. There must be the fireproofing measurement around the machine because the machine uses the dydraulic oil. Put the measuring system away on the top of the right box after fix the machine. Then insert the pressure sensor and the power socket.
