Structure and working principle:
The machine consist of mechanical part and electric part.
Mechanical part: It is electric loading. Base are supporting frame, inside equip motor driver, loading motor, decelerating structure, force drive structure; Up are specimen clamp, measuring device, it include load drive system, clamp, pressure sensor, displacement sensor et.
Electric part: It main consist of display, measure, control part.
Main function:
- Free parameter setting.
- Save setting.
- Floating zero point setting, can adjust zero point anytime.
- Peak value keep and save.
- Free setting speed in valid speed range.
- Overload protection.
- Automatic judgement function after test over.

Installation and adjustment:
- Put machine on level, adjust earth bolt, install it on level (degree on 0.2/1000).
- Power supply are 220VAC±10%/50HZ.
Caution: Power supply should be earthed well.
