STYE-300C Full Automatic Cement Flexural and Compression Testing Machine

Full Automatic Cement Flexural and Compression Testing Machine is our new design which perform compression and flexure strength of cement specimen by use big and small oil cylinder.

This machine use fully computer controlled and standard keyboard to input the data. It can automatically save and process the data and automatically print the report.

It is constant loading rate (you can freely set the loading rate) and has the automatic overload protection device.

Main Structure:

The machine includes the main frame, the hydraulic system, the load cell and the electric system. And it’s electrical hydraulic system includes computer, printer, electrical hydraulic controller system and hydraulic system.

Testing machine consist of soil source mainframe, hydraulic integrated package and PC control and measuring system. Up beam and work plate link together by two post, working oil cylinder be fixed in table. There are composite seal ring inside of working oil cylinder.

 

Introduction

The system consists of digital servo valve, sensor, controller and software. Because of the quality of high control accuracy and well reliability, it can absolutely meet testing demand on cement, mortar, concrete and other materials which are regulated by the standards like GB, ISO, ASTM, etc. It can be applied on single road/ two roads computer controlled automatic hydraulic pressure testers or the computer controlled automatic pressure testers which are upgraded from manual tester.

Functions of the system:

  • It has the function of closed-loop control to force;
  • It can load with equal load rate or with equal stress rate;
  • It can measure and completetest automatically by computer;
  • It can result and print testing report automatically by computer.

The testing software has the characteristics of WINDOWS style, user-friendly interface, complete functions, stabilization and easy operation.
