Main Structure:

The equipment includes main frame,  hydraulic systerm, display display unit and electricity  system.

1, Main frame

Main frame include beam, bracing strut anti-flexure, chuck, pressure plate, piston, backseat and so on.

Anti-flexure up-chuck fixing under the beam through hexagon head screw, there have  mobile plate and up anti-flexure roll that can be swung from up to down. Up-chuck  include fixed bolster and mobile bolster. Every part have frame seat, frame plate and  down-chuck. The front and the following fixing in boat type chuck, the mobile plate  and  anti-flexure roll in the mobile frame can swing from up to down around mobile axial in  order to make anti-flexure contact with specimen. Both in chuck seat and back of  mobile frame have material baffle in order to make specimen fast, exact location. There  have maternal baffle in the right side of the chuck and have locating angle bracket. The  bow notch aims at column, make chuck seat position accurate. Under the chuck seat  have dust coat which prevent dust .

Test anti-pressure take away anti-flexure up-chuck. Pressure up-plate fixing in the  beam through hexagon head screw pressure down-plate and concave ball built-in the  middle of chuck seat through iron pad. Because the contact between pressure  down-plate and concave ball seat is spherical contact, the parallel between specimen  and pressure table can adjust automatically, and make the specimen uniform  pressure.

  1. Hydraulic system:

The hydraulic system includes the hydraulic pump, the filling valve, the return valve, the oil container, the oil filter and the oil pipe.

The hydraulic pump is axial position 5-column super-pressure pump,the rated flow is 1.5L/min, and the rated pressure is 25Mpa, driven directly by 0.75KW three phase motor and fixed on the foundation.

The filling valve and the return valve are located at left side and right side of the controller cabinet, operated by knob. Filling valve is used to adjust the input volume of the oil cylinder to reach the required loading speed.. There’s the safe valve on the filling valve. It can overflow when overload to carry on the safety function.Open the return valve to make all the oil in the oil cylinder and in the oil pipe return into the oil container.

The aperture oil filter is fixed at the bottom of the oil container, connected with the filling pipe. The oil container is welded at right side of the cabinet, with filter screen upside, oil gauge at the middle and oil plug at the bottom which is used for drainage of precipitation oil and change oil.

  1. Load cell

The load cell includes the measuring system, display screen, the printer and the pressure sensor. The measuring system is located at right side of the cabinet, and sensor is fitted upside of the returning valve.

  1. Electric system:

The electric system includes the motor, the start button, the stop button, the AC contactor and the fuse.

Upon the motor started, oil pump is driven. Hydraulic oil is transported to bottom of the oil container by the pump from the filling valve, pushing the piston and the lower anti-fold clamp, together with the speciman, and start working after the lower clamp touching the upper anti-fold clamp. Oil pressure in the system rises gradually, and so do the oil pressure in the sensor which has been connected to the oil way. The relative digits will be displayed on the screen after a series of electronic data collecting and automatic processing. The piston will rise again when the speciman be folded or crushed, the oil pressure will decrease, peak will be maintained so the test is completed.
