Applications:
STHZ-15 Core Drilling, powered by a series-wound motor and equipped with synthetic diamond thin-walled drill bits, represents a novel series of products primarily designed for concrete engineering applications in construction projects, highways, airports, ports, docks, and dams, facilitating core drilling and sampling. This advanced technology eliminates the outdated construction practice of reserved holes in form work or manually creating post-construction openings, while also providing an ideal solution for scientific research core sampling.
Furthermore, this Core Drilling is equally capable of performing operations on other brittle and hard metallic materials, including refractory materials, ceramics, glass, and rock formations.
The structure of the Core Drilling is shown in the figure 1.0. A single-phase series-excited motor is installed on the gearbox, which is fixed on the lifting mechanism. This enables the gearbox to drive the drill bit below its main shaft to move up and down, achieving the purpose of drilling or extracting cores.
There are teeth on the column, allowing the gearbox to move up and down along the column. The movement is achieved by manually rotating the feed handle.
