Main Structure and Working Principle:

*Main structure:

The main structure includes double-speed engine, add sandbox,  transmission box, main-axial, eccentric base, mixing blade, mixing bowl, foundation, column, support program control unit and so on.Porking *principle:

The double-speed engine (1) transfers the power to the worm (3) in the transmission box (10) through the coupling shaft housing (2) and then tranfers to the main-axial (8) through the wormwheel (6) and a couple of gears (7) and (9) and reduces the speed. The main-axial (8) brings the eccentric base (12) to do the synchronous rotation to make the mixing blade (16) fixed on the eccentric base (12) to do the synchronous revolution. At the same time, the mixing blade (12) finishes the rotation around the fixed inner gear (11) throught the satellite gear (13) at the up-end of the mixing shaft (14). After lock tightly the mixing bowl (17) and the support (18) with the eccentric groove and put the sand into the sand cyliner, you can select to add sand manually or automatically in the set time. The hand handle (20) is used to lift up and down and fix the position of the mixing bowl (17). 

 

Lift and Installation:

  1. Lift: It is carried by worker instead of liftdevice.
  2. Put the main frame away on the smooth cement table and fill up a 5-8mm thick rubber plate under the base surface.

 

Operation and Use:

Put the power plug into the power outlet. The red light becomes bright, that means the power is available. Then put the plug of program control unit into the outlet of the program control unit in the machine. The nixie tube of the program control unit displays “0”. Put 1350g standard sand into the sand cylinder (4) and put the water about 225g and cement about 450g into the mixing bowl (17). Fix the mixing bowl (17) in the locating hole of the support (18) and turn the bowl clockwise to lock it tightly. Move the mixing bowl (17) upwards into the mixing position with the hand handle (20).

There are two kinds methods to do the electric operation: “manual” and “auto”:

 

Auto:

Turn the switch 1K into the position “auto”, press the start button of the program control unit, it can automatically finish once program “low-speed 30 seconds → stop 90 seconds → high-speed 60 seconds → stop”. The whole procedure will take 240±1 seconds. Then move the mixing bowl (17) downwards with the hand handle (20). Turn the mixing bowl (17) anti-clockwise into the loosen position and take off the mixing bowl (17).
