STLH-4 Mortar Air Content Meter

Test:

  1. Wet the inside of the container and the inside of the top cover with awarm cloth.
  2. Load the mortar into the container.
  3. Remove excess mortar with a scraper and smooth the surface of themortar.
  4. Loosen the exhaust valve of the upper cover, open the water inlet, ventilate the inside and outside of the upper cover, and gently cover thecontainer with a clip.
  5. Tighten the upper cover exhaust valve and close the water inlet.
  6. Tighten the fine tuning valve, pump air with the air pump until the pointerof the pressure gauge passes slightly over the initial pressure line, press thebalance value gently after about 3 seconds, and tap the case gently with your finger to make the pointer of the pressure gauge reach the initial pressure line.
  7. Fully press the handle of the balance valve, press once, the pointer isunstable, and press again every 3-5 seconds. When the pressure reachesequilibrium, the pointer will stabilize, and read the value of the pressure gauge. This value is the gas content value(%).
