Application:
This machine is mechanically driven by the wormwheel, the worm, and the screw rod. It is stepless speed regulation. The high-precision sensor can transfer the signal of the pressure value and the indiction apparatus can display the pressure value. The indication value is with high precision and can be read directly. The peak value maintenance can help the user to record the data. This machine also has the safety devices such as automatic stop device when overloading and overrange.
Structure and Principle:
- Mechanical Structure principle:
The main frame of the machine includes the up-beam, the base-cabinet and two columns. The base-cabinet includes a speed regulating motor and a wormwheel and worm box. The down-jaw connect the wormwheel and worm box through the screw rod. Its working principle is as following: The motor drives the wormwheel and worm through the bolt to promote the screw rod to make the up-jaw to lift up and down.
- Electric Principle:
The machine uses 3 phase, 50Hz AC electricity supply to control the circuit, the main circuit and the rotation direction & speed of the motor.3.
- Electricdynamic Principle:
There’s a tension sensor with high precision between the up-beam and the down-jaw. The small signal magnified by the sensor and then is sent to the single-chip. The measuring apparatus send the gathered signals into the computer finally.

Preparation before installation:
Install the testing machine in clean and dry room without vibration, without aggressive gas and without dust.
There should be enough space (≥0.7m) for test and maintenance around the machine.
The machine should be vertically installed on the concrete foundation.
The size of the foundation is according to the requirements of the foundation drawing.
