Main Structure:
This machine is mainly composed of the main unit, hydraulic system and force measurement unit, etc.
1. Main Unit:
It is mainly composed of the upper beam, column, adjusting screw rod, pressure-bearing plate, oil cylinder, piston and lifting motor, etc. At the end of the screw rod, there is an adjustable ball seat between it and the upper pressure plate. During operation, when the bottom surface of the upper pressure plate contacts the top surface of the specimen, it can automatically adapt to the slight inclination in the height direction of the specimen, ensuring that the two planes are in full contact, thereby ensuring uniform force on the specimen. According to the size of the specimen, it can automatically rise and fall to appropriately adjust the test space.
On the top surface of the lower pressure plate, there are positioning line frames, which facilitate placing the specimen at the center position.
2. Hydraulic Control System:
The hydraulic system consists of control valves, valve plates, and computer control system.
3. Force Measurement Unit:
It mainly includes the measurement and control system, printer and pressure sensor, etc.
4. Electrical System:
It is composed of electric motor, start button, stop button, AC contactor, fuse, etc.
Regularly check the cleanliness of the oil. Under normal circumstances, at least once a week, the oil in the oil tank should be drained from the oil drain port to remove the sediment.
